Sometimes in this life, we will meet a certain type of people. Society sees them as the people who fight for Islam. They devoted their energy, time, career and life to the religion. They become a source of reference for laymen people like us, who didn't have the luxury to learn in-depth about the religion at a younger time like them. Or lucky enough to be raised in a religious family where Islam education is being emphasized as soon as they were born in this world.

But little did we the laymen aware. These people are those who are prone to be tested by God because of their good intentions to preach Islam.

And often, these so-called religious people also aren't aware they are being tested by Him.

Living this life, they often find their own circle of friends who are similar in background. And God tested some of them to have insecurities over the people who are not practising or the non-Muslims. Some of them became too insecure about the presence of the non-Muslim, some refused to open their mind that the non-Muslim and they are just the same, just the God's servant.

I wonder if they do think that they are exclusive to God just like the Jewish did. Something to ponder upon I guess.

Some of these practising Muslim, when they persuade people to follow what they say, they try to make the conversation as kind as possible, but what they did not notice at times when they try to justify what is right and what is wrong,  they twist the concept of religion to suit their needs.

They talk about sins that we did, while not realizing the sins that they committed.

They try to justify that they talked to us in a kind manner, but they did not notice how they are being careless about the feelings of others.

They admit that they understand Islam, but they refuse to be kind and understanding.

So do they really walk the talk? Or they are just a bunch of ignorant people who deny their own understanding of the concept of Islam for their own interest. What's worst of all, they refuse to take responsibility for what they did and fight for justice.

Still.. they live believing they are kind people and they did nothing wrong to others.

And all of these reminds me of this verse:

لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ
“Untukmu agamamu dan untukku agama aku”
